How does the Virtual 5k work?
While we would love to have everyone join us at one of our in-person 5ks, we know that isn’t possible for many of you. For those of you unable to make it in person, we invite you to run with us virtually. That means you can still participate by picking a time and place convenient for you to do your #RUN3rd 5k.
To register, click here and select the ‘Virtual 5k’ option (international if you live outside the US). Then pick a time and place to do your 5k (3.1 miles). It can be done at a local event, on your favorite running path (or treadmill), while on vacation or around your neighborhood.
Once you finish your 5k, we encourage you to post your experience and pictures on our Facebook Page or tag us on Twitter and Instagram. Use hashtag #RUN3rd5k so we can all celebrate with you.
All participants will receive a shirt and medal which will be shipped out starting April 1st, 2024.
